PENGARUH COUNTERPRESSURE MASSAGE TERHADAP TINGKAT NYERI PERSALINAN PADA IBU BERSALIN KALA I FASE AKTIF
Abstract
Sebagian besar ibu bersalin menganggap persalinan selalu disertai rasa nyeri. Nyeri terserbut mengakibatkan kekhawatiran dan rasa takut sehingga ibu bersalin memiliki pengalaman persalinan yang buruk. Salah satu upaya nonfarmakologi untuk mengurangi nyeri persalinan adalah Counterpressure massage. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh counterpressure massage terhadap tingkat nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy-eksperimental design dengan pendekatan pretestposttest with control group. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling sebanyak 38 sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala nyeri NRS. Data diuji dengan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann Whitney. Analisa statistik dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kelompok yang mendapatkan counterpressure massage (mean 5,61) dan kelompok yang tidak mendapatkan counterpressure massage (mean 6,26) dengan nilai p=0,011. Sehingga teknik ini dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam asuhan kebidanan komplementer sebagai pengurangan nyeri persalinan
