The PEER EFFECT IN A CLASS OF PREGNANT WOMEN AGAINST NEONATAL VISITS TO HEALTH CARE FACILITIES
Abstract
Angka kematian bayi merupakan indikator status kesehatan masyarakat.. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam menurunkan Angka kematian bayi adalah program pelayanan kesehatan neonatal berupa kunjungan neonatal. Kunjungan neonatal baik skala nasional maupun provinsi masih di dominasi oleh pelayanan kesehatan neonatal di rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendampingan keluarga dalam kelas ibu hamil terhadap kunjungan neonatus ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pre-experimental dengan desain Intact-Group Comparison. dengan melibatkan 40 ibu hamil yang akan di bagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok dengan pendampingan keluarga dan kelompok tanpa pendampingan keluarga masing-masing berjumlah 20 ibu hamil. Dianalisis dengan uji statistik Mann Whitney . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase tertinggi berada pada kelompok umur 20-35 tahun yaitu sebesar 90%, pada kelompok pekerjaan IRT yaitu sebesar 92,5% dan pada kelompok paritas multigravida yaitu sebesar 67,5%. Rata-rata jumlah kunjungan neonatus pada kelompok intervensi sebesar 1,8, rata-rata jumlah kunjungan neonatus pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,6 dan terdapat pengaruh pendampingan dalam kelas ibu hamil terhadap kunjungan neonatus ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kediri Kabupaten Lombok Barat yang signifikan dengan p value 0,000.
Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendampingan dalam kelas ibu hamil terhadap kunjungan neonatus ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang signifikan dengan p value 0,000.
