PENGARUH DUKUNGAN SUAMI DAN BOUNDING ATTACHMENT DENGAN KONDISI PSIKOLOGI IBU POSTPARTUM
STUDI DI RSUD KABUPATEN TANGERANG TAHUN 2017
Abstract
Masa nifas atau postpartum merupakan masa yang penuh stres kedua dibandingkan masa kehamilan bagi seorang ibu. Secara psikologi ibu nifas sering mengalami emosi yang labil, sedih dan mudah tersinggung, hal ini merupakan dasar terjadinya kelainan psikologik selanjutnya. Prevalensi depresi postpartum di Indonesia belum dikemukakan secara nasional, tetapi prevalensi depresi postpartum di Denpasar sekitar 20,5% dan di Kabupaten Jember sebesar 25%. Bounding attachment merupakan gambaran ikatan antara ibu dan bayi. Ikatan tersebut dibangun melalui interaksi antara ibu dan bayi. Ikatan antara ibu dan bayi ini membantu pengeluaran hormon oksitosin pada ibu yang dapat merangsang hormon anti stres. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan suami dan bounding attachment dengan kondisi psikologi ibu postpartum di RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2017. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang melahirkan pada bulan Mei 2017 di RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang sejumlah 163 orang. Sampel yang diambil adalah sejumlah 116 ibu postpartum. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan insidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dukungan suami dan bounding attachment, serta Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS). Analisis bivariat penelitian ini menggunakan uji Chi Square dan analisis multivariat menggunakan Regresi Logistik. Analisis menggunakan Chi Square dengan software SPSS diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan kondisi psikologi ibu postpartum karena nilai p hasil uji < nilai p tabel (0,021<0,05) dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara perilaku bounding attachment dengan kondisi psikologi ibu postpartum karena nilai p hasil uji > nilai p tabel (0,372>0,05). Kekuatan hubungan berdasarkan analisis Regresi Logistik pada variabel dukungan suami adalah sebesar 0,305 (OR) dan bounding attachment 0,586 (OR). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka tenaga kesehatan dapat memberdayakan suami untuk memberikan dukungan kepada ibu postpartum untuk membantu mekanisme koping dalam mengatasi tingkat depresinya.
