PERBEDAAN LAMA PELEPASAN TALI PUSAT ANTARA PEMOTONGAN TALI PUSAT SEGERA SETELAH LAHIR DENGAN LOTUS BIRTH
Abstract
Berdasarkan SDKI tahun 2012, di Indonesia AKB memang telah menurun dari 34 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup pada tahun 2004 menjadi 32 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup. Sebagai salah satu upaya penurunan Angka Kematian Bayi, dewasa ini mulai berkembang metode persalinan yang diharapkan dapat membantu mengurangi trauma persalinan pada ibu dan bayi yakni lotus birth tetapi belum banyak digunakan. Tujuan Penelitian : diketahuinya perbedaan lama pelepasan tali pusat antara pemotongan tali pusat segera setelah lahir dengan lotus birth di wilayah Puskesmas Tegalrejo, Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian : survei yang bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan waktu retrospektif. Pengambilan sample menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 40 bayi dengan metode pemotongan segera dan 40 bayi dengan teknik lotus birth. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian : diketahui lama pemotongan tali pusat dengan metode pemotongan segera sebanyak 21 bayi (52,5%) pada kategori normal dan metode lotus birth seluruhnya 40 bayi (100%) pada kategori cepat. Uji mann whitney diketahui nilai z hitung sebesar -8,381 dengan signifikasi 0,000. Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara lotus birth dibandingkan dengan pemotongan tali pusat segera setelah lahir wilayah Puskesmas Tegalrejo Magelang Jawa Tengah.
