PENGARUH TEMAN SEBAYA TERHADAP PERILAKU SEKSUAL REMAJA
Abstract
Perilaku seksual meliputi segala tindakan yang dapat diamati secara empiris. Perilaku ini bisa berupa tindakan seseorang terhadap orang lain atau diri nya sendiri, mengungkapkan diri secara seksual, cara bicara dan cara bertindak1. Data BKKBN di Jabodetabek dan Surabaya, selama tahun 2010, jumlah perempuan lajang yang kegadisannya sudah hilang di Medan sebanyak 52 persen, Bandung 47 persen, dan Yogyakarta 37 persen. Kasus HIV/AIDS di Indonesia mencapai 21.770 kasus AIDS positif dan 47.157
kasus HIV positif dengan persentase, pengidap usia 20-29 tahun sebanyak 48,1 persen dan usia 30-39 tahun sebanyak 30,9 persen.2 Tujuan: mengetahui kejadian perilaku seksual pada remaja dan faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan prilaku seksual. Desain penelitian Cross Sectional dengan sampel 155 orang. Hasil Penelitian: 51.8 % responden berprilaku seksual berat, 6.45% telah melakukan hubungan seksual Ada hubungan, jenis kelamin, pengetahuan kespro, sikap, pendidikan orang tua lingkungan tempat tinggal, peran orang tua, teman sebaya dengan perilaku seksual, variabel paling dominan adalah teman sebaya OR 27.34 artinya teman sebaya yang negatif berpeluang mempunyai prilaku seksual berat sebesar 27,34 kali dibanding teman sebaya yang positif. Saran: Upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan program kesehatan reproduksi, informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi, memberikan penyuluhan perilaku seksual remaja. Orang tua harus dapat merenungi sudahkah menjadi orang tua yang dekat dengan remaja, menjadi sahabat mereka, mendampingi mereka dan selalu ada di saat mereka membutuhkan.
