HUBUNGAN STIMULASI DINI OLEH IBU BALITA DENGAN PERKEMBANGAN KEMANDIRIAN ANAK PRA SEKOLAH

Abstract

Ibu berperan aktif dalam merangsang perkembangan anaknya, stimulasi yang dilakukan akan mempengaruhi perkembangan anak sesuai usianya, karena lima tahun pertama kehidupan adalah masa yang sangat sensitif terhadap lingkungan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis dari studi korelasi. Populasi adalah semua anak pra-sekolah pada anak usia dini Aisyiyah, Waung, Kecamatan Baron, Nganjuk, menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Variabel bebas adalah stimulasi dini, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah pengembangan kemandirian anak prasekolah ini. Data analisis adalah Chi Square. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi antara stimulasi dini dengan perkembangan kemandirian pada anak-anak pra-sekolah pada anak usia dini Aisyiyah, Waung, Kecamatan Baron, Nganjuk. Sehingga ibu Balita diharapkan dapat memberikan cukup perhatian dan waktu untuk mengawasi dan memberikan stimulasi dini untuk Balita mereka, sehingga perkembangan kemandirian Balita akan sesuai dengan usianya.
