PENGARUH KOMBINASI YOGA PRENATAL DAN SENAM HAMIL TERHADAP PERUBAHAN KADAR KORTISOL DAN LAMA PERSALINAN KALA I
Abstract
Wanita hamil primigravida hampir semuanya mengalami kekhawatiran, kecemasan, dan ketakutan baik selama hamil, saat menghadapi persalinan maupun setelah persalinan. Adaptasi terhadap stres diatur oleh kapasitas hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) untuk mensekresikan hormon seperti kortisol. Peningkatan kadar kortisol pada masa kehamilan merupakan indikator adanya stress emosional. Hal ini mungkin akan berpengaruh terhadap lama persalinan. Yoga prenatal dan senam hamil merupaka terapi untuk menurunkan tingkat stress pada ibu hamil. tujuan penelitian: Membuktikan pengaruh kombinasi yoga prenatal dan senam hamil terhadap perubahan kadar kortisol dan lama persalinan kala I. Metode penelitian: Metode penalitian quasy-experimental (experiment semu) rancangan Non-Equivalen Group Desain. Populasi adalah ibu hamil trimester III di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling penelitian ini dilakukan pada 26 responden yang terdiri dari kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji beda sampel berpasangan yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian: Ada perbedaan yang bermakna kadar kortisol sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pada kelompok perlakuan Hasil uji Mann- Whitney diperoleh nilai signifikasi 0,010 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Terjadi penurunan sebesar -209.67 ng/ml pada kelompok perlakuan dan -129.96 ng/ml pada kelompok kontrol. Rerata lama persalinan pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol setelah dilakukan uji statistik dengan uji Wilcoxon di peroleh nilai p = 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh kombinasi yoga prenatal dan senam hamil terhadap lama persalinan kala I. Kesimpulan: Kombinasi yoga prenatal dan senam hamil terbukti lebih efektif dalam menurunkan kadar kortisol pada ibu hamil dengan rerata lama persalinan lebih cepat.
