HUBUNGAN KECEMASAN IBU HAMIL TERHADAP KEJADIAN PREEKLAMPSIA
STUDI DI RSUD MAJALAYA KABUPATEN BANDUNG
Abstract
Kehamilan merupakan waktu transisi dari suatu masa sebelum mempunyai anak hingga janin berada dalam kandungan dan kemudian lahir. Perubahan status yang radikal ini akan memerlukan persiapan psikologis dan salah satu bentuk adaptasinya adalah kecemasan. Kecemasan merupakan unsur kejiwaan yang menggambarkan perasaan, keadaan emosional yang dimiliki oleh seseorang pada saat menghadapi kenyataan atau kejadian dalam hidupnya. Hal ini dapat membuat spasme pembuluh darah menjadi memburuk sehingga terjadi kenaikan tekanan darah pada ibu hamil dan apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menyebabkan hipertensi bahkan preeklampsia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengatahui hubungan antara kecemasan terhadap ibu hamil dengan preeklampsia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analitik korelatif, dengan pendekatan case control jumlah sampel 90 responden (1:2) yang dikumpulkan secara accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kecemasan pada ibu hamil dengan kejadian preeklampsi. Dukungan psikologis yang diperlukan oleh ibu hamil salah satunya adalah dari bidan yang diberikan pada saat kunjungan ANC, dengan memberikan informasi yang baik (konseling) untuk mengatasi setiap kecemasan yang dirasakan klien serta mencegah kecemasan berkelanjutan yang bisa menyebabkan stress dan depresi yang akan berdampak pada kesehatan ibu dan janin.
