ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PEMANTAUAN PERTUMBUHAN DAN PERKEMBANGAN BALITA DI POSYANDU PADA MASA ADAPTASI KEBIASAAN BARU
Abstract
Coronavirus Deasease 2019 (Covid-19) is a pandemic that appeared at the end of 2019 and has an impact on the sustainability of infant and toddler health services. The purpose of the study is to know the picture of the availability of facilities and infrastructure in Posyandu, the implementation of monitoring the growth of toddler development in Posyandu when there are no social restrictions on society, monitoring the growth and development of toddlers in the Posyandu work area when implementing community social restrictions, community participation rates and program success during the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive with a survey approach. The population in this study is the head of Posyandu cadres in the working area of Tanjungsari Village. Sampling technique is a total sampling with a sample number of 8 people. The instruments used are the interview format and observation format. The results showed that the means of monitoring complete growth 100%, facilities to improve development are less complete 100%, means of prevention of transmission and physical distancing are less complete 50% and incomplete 50%, Posyandu infrastructure is less than 100%. Posyandu organizing is not good 75%, activities before posyandu opening day are less good 100%, growth and development monitoring services in Posyandu are less good 100%, and activities outside posyandu open day are less good 87.5%. Monitoring of growth and development in the work area as long as it is not implemented 100% is not carried out, ensuring parents monitor growth and development independently with KIA books are not carried out 87.5%, reports of child problems from parents / caregivers as long as not in the posyandu title 75%, monitoring of children with growth and development problems 37.5% are not done. The community participation rate is 75% good, the success of the posyandu program is 100% less good. Suggestions need to increase the number and capacity of posyandu cadres to make adjustments to the implementation of posyandu during the adaptation of new habits and increased utilization of KIA books by cadres and parents / caregivers of toddlers.
