HUBUNGAN INFORMASI DAN DUKUNGAN SUAMI TERHADAP DETEKSI DINI KANKER MULUT RAHIM DI PUSKESMAS PEUKAN BADA ACEH BESAR TAHUN 20222
Abstract
Acetic Acid Visual Infection (IVA) is a method to detect these precancerous lesions early. However, there are still many fertile age couples who do not want to do an IVA examination. This research aims to determine the factors related to behavior of Couples of Reproductive Age in carrying out an IVA examination in the working area of the Health Center Peukan Bada Aceh Besar. The steps that will be carried out are taking data directly in the Health Center Peukan Bada, who have previously cooperated with related parties. Then collaborate with village midwives from each village in the working area of Peukan Bada Public Health Center to obtain primary data, namely data that is obtained directly from PUS. Where PUS totaled 1,407 people.After all the respondent's data is obtained then data processing is carried out. Based on the research results it can be seen that the results for IVA test in fertile age couples who carried out the examination as many as 222 (16%), information variable of fertile age couples were in the category of ever getting informationi.e. 812 (57.7%) and for husband support are in the category of not supporting i.e. 785 (55.8%). With such information, it can be concluded that information variable and husband support There is a relationship with the IVA test with a P-Value of 0.005 and a P-Value of 0.000 for husband support.
