HUBUNGAN KUNJUNGAN ANC, EMESIS GRAVIDARUM DAN POLA MAKAN TERHADAP ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MAJASARI KABUPATEN PANDEGLANG TAHUN 2022
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANTENATAL CARE VISITS, EMESIS GRAVIDARUM AND DIETARY HABIT TO ANEMIA IN PREGNANT WOMEN AT THE MAJASARI HEALTH CENTER WORK AREA, PANDEGLANG REGENCY IN 2022
Abstract
Background: One of the nutritional disorders that often occurs in pregnant women is anemia. Medical record data from the Majasari Health Center shows that the number of pregnant women with anemia in the last three years has increased, namely in 2019 (61.5%), in 2020 (63.02%) and in 2021 (64.22%). Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between ANC visits, emesis gravidarum and dietary habit to anemia in pregnant women at the Majasari Health Center Working Area, Pandeglang Regency in 2022. Methods: Design used was cross sectional. Sample was 52 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate. Results: The results showed that 55.8% of respondents had mild anemia, 63.5% of respondents did not regularly visit an ANC, 40.4% of respondents experienced severe vomiting nausea and 55.8% of respondents had a lesser diet. There was a significant relationship between ANC visits (p=0.000), emesis gravidarum (p=0.002) and dietary habit (p=0.008) on anemia in pregnant women at the Majasari Health Center Working Area, Pandeglang Regency in 2022. Conclusion: Anemia of pregnant women is affected by ANC visits, emesis gravidarum and dietary habit. It is expected that pregnant women will regularly visit an ANC during pregnancy at least 6 visits, and consume Fe tablets of at least 90 tablets during pregnancy and consume a lot of healthy foods that contain iron.
