Counter Pressure Massage And Warm Compress Combination As Non-Pharmacological Therapy Of Anxiety In Labor Inactive Phase 1
Abstract
Nyeri persalinan terbukti menyebabkan kecemasan dan berdampak pada lamanya proses melahirkan. Terapi kompres hangat dan Counter Pressure Massage yang telah terbukti manfaatnya dalam mengurangi kecemasan merupakan salah satu jenis terapi Non Farmakologi. Kombinasi tersebut penting untuk dikaji dan dinilai agar dapat memberikan manfaat maksimal untuk nyeri persalinan kala 1 fase aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas terapi kombinasi kompres hangat dan counter pressure massage untuk penanganan kecemasan persalinan kala 1 fase aktif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Prospektif, Eksperimen Semu (Quasy Eksperiment), Randomization, and comparative study untuk mengetahui perbandingan terapi kombinasi dengan terapi tunggal dalam penanganan kecemasan menghadapi persalinan kala 1 fase aktif, Responden penelitian berjumlah total 90 responden yang terbagi menjadi 3 kohort. Tingkat kecemasan diukur dengan Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HARS). Penelitian di lakukan di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping dari Mei 2020-September 2020. Analisis hipotesis komparatif dilakukan dengan Uji Wilcoxon, Kruskal-Wallis dan Post Hoc Mann-Whitney dengan signifikansi p<0.05. Pasien yang menerima intervensi kombinasi Kompres Hangat dengan CPM menunjukkan p<0.001 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara Tingkat Kecemasan saat pretest dibandingkan posttest diikuti tingkat kecemasan berada pada kategori sedang (16;53.3%) dan ringan (14;46.7%) setelah intervensi. Terapi kombinasi kompres hangat dan CPM terbukti mampu menurunkan tingkat kecemasan.
