Abstract
Manajemen aktif kala III (MAK III) dianggap penting sebagai langkah penting dalam mencegah perdarahan post partum yang menyebabkan kematian ibu1. Menurut International Confederation of Midwives dan International Federation of Gynecology dan Obstetri manajemen aktif harus diberikan kepada semua wanita, termasuk administrasi uterotonics, (tertunda) penjepitan tali pusat, penegangan tali pusat terkendali dan pijat rahim.
